  • Removed the diffuser and broke out the Grillgrates for some burgers

  • Those look fantastic!  Try this... next time, flip those GrillGrates upside down when cooking burgers. I’ve never flipped them back for burgers since discovering this a few years ago :)

  • Those look fantastic!  Try this... next time, flip those GrillGrates upside down when cooking burgers. I’ve never flipped them back for burgers since discovering this a few years ago :)

    Works grate ;), Ive done bacon, burgers, eggs, and ribeye on it.

  • The flat top for burgers works wonderfully.

    I've done that myself a few times.
