Looks like they came out good.
They look more like pork tenderloins than whole pork loins.

I save & freeze all my juice from my pork butts, in this cook I would thaw & add some to the pulled loin.

That's what I should have called them!!  Didn't occur to me they were tenderloins.  Guess I oughta read the package more often.  DOH!!   ???
