  • And maybe you will do me a favor and you will have something I did not that will fit in it to do the sear on a piece of meat?  I know that is asking a lot, since I hosed Just David...And if you really wanna help a brother out, the Fat Mall Pretzels!
Ha, haven't hosed me a bit!

But I think all of us are excited that FMT won it. That is the perfect ending to this whole thing and I hope he loves this unit and keeps it forever.

That said, fat mall pretzels! That's a great idea!

  • I ordered some 00 flour today. As quickly as the uuni is arriving the first cook may have to be my high gluten/bread flour mix. I'd also like to see how one of my sausage rolls fares in there.

  • This is who I would like to thank...They were not about to send me one, and I guarantee I was not buying it.  So the Members of this site made this whole Product Review possible!

Thank you to...everyone...who also participated.  Look forward to seeing more in the future.

Believe it or not, I've never had a pierogi. Boil, then pan fry? Is there a decent store bought brand? I would assume I can find them, but actually don't know.

Tator tots for sure. More than likely the rest of the stuff too. I'll have to get an idea on the space inside, and see what I need for cookware. I've got a wide variety of stuff, so I can't imagine I don't have something that will work for most things.

  • Mrs T's is the "national" brand.  I think if you basted some high heat oil on them, you could place them right in the oven.  I usually saute them in butter or olive oil.  Some people deep fry.  Some boil.  If I am not too lazy to cut up some onions, I sautee them with the pierogies.

  • Ohh, now for the good new, when I went to pack it, I noticed the allen wrench under the unit was gone.  The unit was on the dinning room table and then walked outside, then walked back inside to pack and I could not find it.  Sorry.  It is a 1/8...

  • I've got plenty of allen wrenches. No biggie.

  • The allen wrench isn't metric?

  • The allen wrench isn't metric?

The smaller ya get, the less it matters.
