I saw these cambro units at Restaurant Depot and picked it up on a whim. I’m using it to hold pork butt until dinner time. It’s heavy duty foam and fits a hotel pan.

I like how light it is compared to my cooler. I also like that the hotel pan comes out for easy cleaning.

Not sure how durable it is but the price was good and I’m not too worried about it.

Yup, last time I went to RD, they gave me a real pass. No more day passes. I can just scan and walk in.
