Wegman's had pork loin for $0.99/# around Christmas time.  I bought a 10# one and cut it into .33# boneless chops.

Love Wegman's  But dont have them near me.  Closest is about 1.5 hours away.  One is slated to open in Brooklyn 2019.  But Im not driving to Brooklyn.

Try it at 250° for about 2-2.5 hours until it hits the same temp you pulled this one off.

This is how I do mine, straight through at 250°.  I tie my loin so it cooks more evenly, as they really like to flatten out when cooking.  I also rub mine with Walkerswood jerk seasoning...makes for a great dinner, and then makes fantastic cuban sandwiches with the leftovers.

Nicely done wilpark.  Gonna need to try that method for my next loin.  What do you put in your cauliflower mash?  We love cauliflower here, roasted, riced (anything but sautéed).  Do you mash with a cream?

I'm on a keto diet. High fat moderate protein and avoid carbs.

Nice job look beautiful  :clap: just to clarify, you pulled it off grill at 144 or did you let it rest till it hit 144? Got an upcoming gathering I think your cook would be great for

Thanks.  I pulled at 144.  it will finish a couple degrees higher. though i didnt check
