Recent Eats
« on: March 15, 2018, 10:30:46 PM »

Recent eats from my trip to Chicago and ride home from the airport.  I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow morning.

Portillo's Polish Sausage

Jack Gibbons 33oz NY Strip

Palace Pizza Hoagie Slice (There is ham, salami, and cheese under the lettuce, tomato, peppers, and onions and baked on a thin pizza crust).

I would eat an entire pie of that pizza.   Looks amazing.   Hope you had a great and safe trip.

Try the bone in ribeye at the Chicago Chophouse. That is bigger than a tomahawk.  Jordan's steakhouse has the best maple thick cut bacon I have ever had along with one of the best steaks I've ever had.  Doe's Eat Place in Greenville, MS still wins though.

I just saw somewhere online that Doe's was ranked as one of the top steakhouses in the country.  I should have gone there a few years ago when I did my MS Blues Trail tour through Greenville.  Unbelievable that a place in MS would have one of the best steaks in the country.
