Just wanted to alert everybody who may have missed it. Safeway/ Albertson's has, with electronic coupon, corned beef points for $1.99/lb. Limit 2 per person. Using my wife's and my account, was able to get 4 nice 5-6 lb. I have 2 of them soaking in water right now to reduce the level of sodium. Tomorrow, they'll get the pastrami rub and slide into the smoker.
Sale is good through Tuesday, but you must go online and pick the coupon on your "just for you" account. That applies to Safeway. I think Alberton's doesn't make you jump through that hoop.
