  • Found this site today. Been smoking things for a few years on a Weber or a Masterbuilt 40". Got a Pit Boss 340 a month or so ago. Since we are under a blizzard warning, thought I'd toss a small pork lion on the Pit Boss because well why not?.

  • I’m in the Twin Cities. I briefly thought about firing up the smoker but I’ve got too much wind whipping through in the back yard.
