Baby backs

When we bought the bellies we grabbed a few baby backs. Tried to multi task grill wise and run gas pipe at our daughter and son in laws house. Anyway today’s attempt and they will get eaten

Nice! Is that a metal plate? It looks like it was made for BBQ to reside on.

Yep we have several of them, some thinner ones also. Tough on knives so not used a whole lot but baked taters and food not needing to be sliced are how they are used the most.
