Just picked up a new to me YS640 Comp unit.
Will have it Sunday and hopefully can post some pics of it (and get a cook in)

For anyone that has the newer heat deflector with the door in it... can you just remove the door when wanting to do high heat grilling?

Question for current owners - what size Grill Grates does it take?
I know I can buy direct from Yoder but would like to compare prices.
I can see that it is 3 Grill Grates - just not sure of the length needed.
