  • I was in my local Costco (Livermore, CA) yesterday and the Traeger Roadshow was there with what they were calling new grill models.  The one I looked over was a Century 34.  It seems to have replaced the Texas 34 they used to bring along.  Here's the differences I noted:

    1. Pellet clean out door
    2. Three piece lower grill grate - The Traeger rep said the grate sections now fit in a dishwasher
    3. Upper grill grate included
    4. Lower warming box

    Their selling them for $799.99

  • I checked the internet for this model and it appears it is sold in Europe but not listed on the Traeger website.  However, the European version did not appear to have the three piece grate.  It may be that this model is a Costco exclusive to prevent direct comparison with models at other local stores.

  • This is a bigger version of the Century 22 they sold at Costco last year.
