Hey All:

So I thought it was time to make some ABTs.
These Jalapenos are from my hydroponic tower garden.
I have found supermarket Jalapenos to taste more like bell peppers lately.
Funny story. I work at the University of Florida in the Orlando Research and Academic Center.
I have made friends with some of the professors that run the BLS level 2 labs and one of them says he can determine what the Capsaicin level is with a mass spectrometer. He is going to test my peppers in the next few weeks. Yes; we have had some drinks together after hours.
Anyway. Her are some pics.

Oh yeah. Peppers stuffed with greek cream cheese, crab meat, Cajun seasoning and Old Bay wrapped in a half slice of bacon.
My doctor will probably not be pleased, but I will be.

They look amazing. I hope they taste as good as they look.
