I definitely have no complaints with the cooking.  It works like I hoped it would.   I wish the build quality was better. At some point I’m going to beef it up.

I used a lumberjack 100% hickory blend in it which is why I got those higher temps.  I was cooking a couple of 3" thick ribeyes.  I seared them first then went low and slow to finish them off.  I was having trouble getting the temps below 270.  I had to prop the lid open a bit to get the pit down to 250 on the lowest pellet feed setting.

I threw a 3" thick ribeye on the Bullseye this weekend.  It was pretty xxxx tasty.  The searing was easy.  The low and slow was a bit tougher due to having to constantly monitor the temp.
