  • Yep, just a ribeye and some taters.
    Started at 225* until meat was at IT 95* then turned it up to 475* No grill grates, no open flame, just on the standard grates in standard mode. Turned the steak at IT of 115* pulled at IT 135* . 100% Hickory pellets. Very tasty. :)
