After 8 years, time for a new pit!
« on: June 22, 2018, 05:21:19 PM »

Hey All,

I hope you'll join me in the All Other Pellet Manufactures section as I document my experiences with my new pit.  I'm in the burn off plus canola oil stage.  Going to season with a few lbs of bacon tonight.

How long did you have to wait for it?  I heard they had over a year backlog on pits because of their meticulous construction.
