Cook went well, sorry no pics. My phone is not able to upload to my computer right now. Put them on at 11:00pm 225. Took off around 1:00pm the next day. Temp was 195 on both the meat probe and the maverick. Happy to use the meat probe now. I did not use supersmoke, I don't trust it for long cooks with the soot issue. Probably the best pork butt this year. Salt and Pepper, then pulled/chopped and in Carolina sauce. Nice and simple!
