New to the pellet grill world.

Found this little gem while searching different things about pellets.  I’m new to pellet cooking; in for about 3 weeks running a Grilla Silverbac.  So, a lot to learn and figure out.  And as my Daddy always said about church socials, I’m here for the food, not for the politics!
