Have dabbled in BBQ for many years propane and charcoal. Have a Pit Boss Kamado and a YS640. New to smoking. Yoder YS640 arrived in June. Cooked pulled pork shoulder, pork shoulder for some green chile, stuffed beer can burgers, smoked salmon (not real pretty, but oh so good). This week more pulled pork and an eye of ribeye roast for family get together.
