  • I had a fire my fault. I emailed cc, need recommendations to fix. They are sending new hopper box, all new wiring, hot rod, 2 probes. I’m not taking apart till new stuff gets here.

  •  That is good old- fashioned customer service that is lacking in a lot of today's businesses. A company that treats their customers like is one that I will remember and recommend.
