  •  I saw a very interesting way on how to butcher chicken I had't seen before.. Just hold the bird up by a leg with the leg being vertical and the body completely in the air. This stretches  things out

    making it easy to cut the leg off in the proper location. Do the same with the wings..Works well.

  • Good info Canadian John. Will have to give this a try. I always struggle cutting up chicken.
