High temp cutoff FEC-100 w/ IQ5
« on: October 20, 2018, 12:15:38 PM »

Anyone know what the temp is for the IQ5 to auto-shutdown the smoker? Spec sheet says 130-400, but wondering where it actually trips the high heat sensor.

Nothing about it, I guess you will have to call Karen! Cookshack, Inc. Customer Service Representative directly at (800)423-0698.

The owners manual shows it has a 450 limit switch looking at the wiring diagram.

I would think that means 450 degrees.

But might be best to check with customer service to confirm as Bentley suggested.
