I'm looking to build an outdoor kitchen, and I think a Memphis is in my future. Wondering what kind of out the door prices you guys paid for yours? I think I'm looking at the 37" built-in elite, but haven't decided for sure. I'm just curious if you go through a contractor and they get "wholesale" pricing what kind of discounts they can theoretically pass on.
