I realize the above post maybe a one time vent, I do not see any personal info in the screen shot, but I will ask you to reconsider denigrating the company or individual in any future posts!

Hmm...was it really unfair or criticizing...or just truthful and even factual? I think I was pretty darn fair in the post unless a person is overly sensative.
