If you are looking for something to do in April, this might be it. South Pittsburg Tn, off I 24, West of Chattanooga. The whole town is shut down for the event. A good old fashioned country fair like atmosphere
with people from several countries attending. It is a family type event with quality vendors (handmade items), entertainment and lots to do.. Search National Cornbread Festival for details. Admission is $5 @
the gate.. It is the home of Lodge cast iron cookware. They have factory tours and their store is amazing with seconds that I found to have small or slight imperfections, @ almost 1/2 price
