Looking to find out what you eat as a main dish, lunch and dinner, and not as a side.

Beef is the most, followed by bacon, onions, eggs, potatoes and bread!

Beef is the most, though I have been doing a lot of fish cooks lately. Tonight I grilled the following on my Weber Q2100:

Sword Fish
Wild Salmon
Trout
Mini Lobsters
Shrimp on skewers
Asparagus
Zucchini

I currently have a rib roast and chicken legs on the smoker. I just took out corn on the cob.

This is for dinner tomorrow. I wanted to get the cooking out of the way so I can go climbing and be back in time for dinner and fireworks.

We will also be having salmon in breakfast burritos, omelets and scrambles tomorrow morning.

I have been adding more fish to my diet. I have to stay fit.

Most the dinner food we eat is cooked on a BBQ of some sort. Sometimes up to 3 for a single meal.

We cook extra which goes toward lunches and dinners later in the week.

I cook my wife an omelet or scramble at night so she has a good breakfast to take to work with her in the morning.

Tough to pick just one.  I did chose beef, but our house is pretty consistent with beef, chicken, seafood and pork rotated on a weekly basis.  Example, Sunday was three racks of spares, Monday was left over ribs, Tuesday burgers, last night was salmon, tonight is steak and tomorrow looks like chicken thighs.  Vacation starts on Saturday so will not be cooking for a week.
