I have very mixed results doing skinless breasts. I do try to keep them moving on the grill to avoid hot spots etc.
For the best results, at least for me is to marinate and do skin on breasts but those are getting really hard to find, seems everyone wants skinless?

I'm probably in the minority, but I like some char on the chicken, even if it's a little dried out!
