LOL!!! I bought a Weber Summit Charcoal and they use the same stuff on just a few parts (so about 90% less than a Memphis). While I was peeling it, it reminded me of the day my Memphis arrived. It’s funny how it becomes an experience you’ll never forget.

Delivered, setup and burned in. Actually burned in all the way up to 650.

Memphis has a sense of humor Pro Quick Start Quide states: Time Required 1.5 hours  :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: Not with all that film to peel off every external and lots of internal nooks and grannies too. If there was an award for the best most highly protected SS appliance I'm pretty sure Memphis would win hands down!
