I should have taken pictures, normally do. Had a get together yesterday evening for a Birthday. If I had to guess, 50+ people. We prepared 36 drumsticks, brined and then smoked them. 20 minutes of smoke and 350 to get them to 155, while moving them, turning, etc as necessary. Sauced them and set them in the oven on convection to get them done and set the sauce. The sauce was Buffalo wild wings. Spicy asian and honey bbq.
Toasted sesame seeds for the asian and topped both of them with finely chopped chives. I got lucky, man they truly were awesome. I get the....no pics, didn’t happen but this did.
