Thanks all.  I am a huge cheerleader for taking in rescue animals, our last dog was a rescue as well.  it is sad, so many unwanted or cruelly treated animals looking for great homes.

Yep, great eye. They tell me that they are buddies. Higher energy than Britta and I didn’t think was possible.

Just lost our little one to a freak accident today.  My wife had to call me from Mississippi to tell me.  Gonna miss her bunches

Oh Lew, I am so, so sorry.  It is always a great loss when we lose a pet.

Thanks everyone.  It was certainly a rough day yesterday.  Slightly better today.  Looking forward to when the wife comes home (undetermined date yet as her original plan was end of the month).  It will be another grieving moment when she sees the toys, doggie door, etc. and begins to settle into life in our house without her little girl.

They make such good babies.  Especially when they're that tiny and pretty.

Not sure it is quite as cute as the Pygmy baby Hippo, but it is close!
