3 lbs of beef - eye of round or top round - sliced 1/4 inch thick
3/4 teaspoon of Prague Powder #1
2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot seasoning (powder)
3/4 cup of cold water

How did you finish it?

they were put on either the MAK on smoke setting of ~170 or on the Memphis at 180 for 3-4 hours
