  • Disclaimer: I've collected this recipe, but have never made it.  I've heard really good reports about it and from reading it, it makes my mouth water...so it must be good!

    1/2 cup Dukes Mayo
    1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
    2 Tbsp Ketchup
    1/8 cup Pickle Relish
1/8 cup of chopped pickled jalapeño slices
1.5 tsp vinegar/pickling liquid from the jalapeños
    2 Tsp Hot Sauce (I used Valentina's)
    1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

It'll probably be a bit loose when you initially mix it, but if you'll throw a cover on the bowl and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours, it's perfect.

  • Looks like a good recipe.
Do you know if the pickle relish is sweet or dill?
    I'm guessing dill.

    Thanks

  • I made it with sweet relish and liked it.  It's different than any other condiment.
