I am looking for a particular beef roast recipe that I had previously used on my smoker, and got, from the "other" site.  I was one that used packets of Italian Seasoning, Brown Gravy, and Ranch Dressing.  I cannot remember all the particulars of this recipe, but was hoping someone here remembers it and can lend a hand on providing it for me.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Goes way back to the PH forum when I first picked it up.
