FBS Championship Food
« on: January 13, 2020, 04:13:26 PM »

What are we all eating for tonight's game?

I am going to finish the rib roast slice and bleu cheese potato that was left from Saturday.gonna sous vide it at 145° for 3 hours and see if it changes much...and then a few wings at half time!

If you are a betting person do the opposite of me and you will win lots of money...Clemson by 3!

I smoked chicken legs and thighs, grilled asparagus and microwaved some herb creamer potatoes.

I am not watching the game though. I have been binge watching the first season of the original Star Trek.

I am checking the score on the internet every now and then. At the moment it is Clemson 10, LSU 7.

I also congratulate the 2019 LSU Tigers on a Great season and Championship!  Now please pick a sensible Championship ring!
