 Wow. That's some impressive okie.

The promo on the box that the cover came in stated that more uniform temps in the pit were to be expected but I did not expect them to be that close.  Of course it was a still, blue bird day.  Perhaps different on a windy, cold day. Meanwhile I think it is time to stop tweeking and find another project, or just do some good cookin.  Best to ya!
