Best grilled chicken to date, MAK is performing better than ever.  Grill got to 450 again in around 30 minutes, it did lose temp throughout the cook to about 380 at the end.  The chicken was kid tested and kid approved.

Probably due to opening the lid to flip, no other explanation that I can come up with.  The food turned out great is all that really matters.
