I had been cooking quite a bit more since the son went off to college - not because he's gone, but because he's no longer playing soccer 9-10 months a year. However, since this mess all started, I've been cooking even more yet. We've gotten pizza once in past week and half, everything else has been made here or leftovers. I actually bought a stick burner a couple weeks ago, since I have time to tend to it, so been cooking on pellets mostly, but the Summit Charcoal and finally got to cook on the OKJ Saturday. Will edit and post a few picks shortly. Have lots to learn with the OKJ, but also waiting on a baffle to get back in stock to help some.

The meatloaf and steaks show on GrillGrates were done on WoodWind.

I normally would not do this, but since I'm trying to stay away from the stores and I'm out of bread, I decided to make hamburger buns for pulled pork sandwiches. Not the prettiest but they tasted great.

Looks great Bar B Lew.  I would have liked to eat some soft taco's but since the TP shortage, I hate to waste them! :rotf:
