Got lucky today and scored a pork belly for $1.00 a pound. My cousin works at a locker plant once in a while and he picked it up for me. Plan to make bacon for the first time and hope I don't ruin it. Would have bought more if I had any experience making bacon. Will be smoking it with the Bradley as my FE won't run at a low enough temp for what I plan to do.
