Leftover Butt put to good use

I did a butt yesterday and today with the leftovers I made a sandwich with swiss cheese onion sweet and spicy sauce with a fried egg

looks great.  I'm not a bread guy, but I do same with pulled pork and beef.  Even after the vacuum sealer we always have plenty left over.
 Put an egg on top.  Solid meal!
