Stupid question.  If it was stuck real bad, would lighting up whatever is stuck and letting it burn destroy anything?  (Folks don't try that, I'm just asking!)

Well, there is one old friend!  Haven't heard from you in a while Homer.

I talked to GMG and they are sending me a new auger component with motor since the grill is still under warranty.  I told them the hot rod insulation disintegrated and I offered to pay for a new one and they are sending me that also under warranty.  GMG stepped up!
