Roasted chicken on the MAK 2 Star

Sometimes it is just fun to go back to the basics. So last night I made a chicken with Maple Soy glaze with a sherry liquid poured on top the chicken just before cooking. It was served with roasted potatoes and maple glazed carrots.

That looks really good. The sauce sounds excellent also. Nicely done.

 Basics or not, that has a golden glow to it. Just has to have been good tasting.

I realize, Maple Soy...but I still love the color of fowl on a pellet unit.  What wood?
