Here is a picture of my Son-in-Laws first ribs on his new Q450 I got him last month. He and family were really Stoked.  :clap:

My apologies Bentley for the delayed response. He used a salt pepper rub and I think Rudy's Sauce. He was very pleased but will be trying new ideas in the future. :)

Awesome looking ribs for his first cook!  He won't have any trouble getting takers when he invites people over.  Once the word is out they will be beating his door down.

OOPS!! Been on meds for joints, LOL  my brain has been in an altered state. He used hickory pellets that came with the Q450, not sure what brand? He just ordered some cookingpellets.com 100% hickory. :)
