My favourite

Appy    -ABT
Main     -Beef Ribs
Side     -Baked Beans & Mac & Cheese
Dessert -Apple Pie

Ohhh, very tough!

app -- ABTs
main -- beef ribs for "bbq" and ribeye for grilling
side -- twice baked potatoes
dessert -- cheesecake

App- pig shots
Main- turkey breast
Side- green beans with pork rib meat
Dessert- haven't ever really messed with that much

Side: Prosciutto Asparagus
Dessert: Blueberry/Sour Cream Bundt Cake
