  • Either one of these would go on my Davy Crockett,  but  my PG500 needs some love....  good excuse to break out the Fireboard in it's Extreme glory too...

    Small Chuck Roast and a Trì Tip...

    Plan = 250F until done.

    Probes placed in the corners of zone 4, two on the top shelf during warmup,  the upper probes will be replaced by food probes once out the meat on.
