What is your 2nd favorite cheese?

The reason I'm asking for second favorite is because your favorite cheese is Taleggio of course.

My second would probably be a young gouda, or a proper cheddar like Beecher's.

Never even heard of it... I am quite pedestrian...it would be Brie.

Bentley, if you like Brie, you gotta try Taleggio. It's a soft cheese just like Brie. Creamy and delicious.

Gorgonzola.  Have some almost every day with a glass of Italian Red.

The above 2 are some of my favorites, and I don't care who knows it...and I will see, I doubt very much there is one ounce of Taleggio in Mayberry, but I will look as I love the Brie consistency type cheese!

You may be surprised.  We have a specialty cheese shop -- The Culpeper Cheese Company -- on E. Davis.  I know that is the high end part of town that you rarely get to, but it may be worth a visit.

I never met a cheese I didn't like, but if I had to choose my two top contenders, they would be Camembert and Brie, in that order.
