    No.  It is typically a much smaller roll that is more similar to a hamburger bun, but skinny on the ends and fat in the middle. Sort of like a "club" roll but much lighter dough.

  • The ones I have seen look a lot bigger then a hamburger roll.  I also see that some in Guadalajara and Sonora, they are called birotes are often made with sourdough.

    Yeah, sorta.  It was Dietz & Watson buffalo chicken meat.  I had mixed in with sauteed onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and some yellow banana peppers.  I through in some extra hot sauce (Boar's Head Jalapeno) and then some marinara at the end.  I had some leftovers in the fridge from a stromboli that I wanted to use up.
