We have a place that used to have something similar not a breakfast thing. It was a burger patty, sausage patty, cheese, egg, bacon on a burger bun, and you could add the usual burger things to it like pickles and such. I forget what it was called, but they took it off the menu. It was really good, i used to get one about every time we stopped.

I would be all over that for breakfast although not a fan of biscuits would probably use an english muffin.

An italian sandwich for me and a salmon sandwich for Gwen at the Tap House. Neat place in Manhattan, Ks.

I am not sure which one I would pick, they both sound great. never had a salmon sandwich. So it maybe that one for that reason.
