I considered this a sandwich, more then breakfast, so I decided to post here!  This would be my homage to the Biscuit World's "Duke".  I realize the Duke is on a biscuit, but everything else is correct!  Double egg n hash browns, 3 slices of cheese and 7 strips, on a Hoagie roll!

I'm not a fan of lamb, but I like the wrap idea.
