T-Bone steaks dusted with Tone's Smokey Seasoning, covered with onions and 'shrooms, with baked tater and broccoli for sides.
Who says a pellet grill can't sear a steak?

Wow!  That's a nice meal.  $65 plus tip many places.  Probably more on the coasts.
