  • Kristin is making dinner for another GEB puppy raiser.  It has been so long since I cooked ribs, I do not remember the last time.  They look a little rough right now, hopefully they will turn into an edible dinner!

  • what rub and/or sauce are you using?

  • The rub was just seasoning salt, onion & garlic powder, a pinch of dry mustard and chili powder & light brown sugar.  The color got better towards the end.  They look OK.  Free usually hides many disappointments!  I gotta stop taking pictures with phone.

    I'm with you, for brisket though I don't remember when.
    So I have one rubbed down to go on the Memphis this evening.

  • Don't know why you would stop using the phone to take pics.  I use a camera and yours look just as good. :rotf:

  • Those ribs look pretty good to me Bent!  I have two racks ready to hit the pit in a hour or so.
