  • That is what I did with these, although 10 minutes @ 400° was not enough for me!  Or maybe you are referring to pastry?  I assume you coold.



    Could you pre-bake a shell first and then add filing and a top crust?

  • I have been making these for years. I just put the filling in a soup bowl, then top with store bought puff pastry. Lighter than a traditional pastry and better ratio for our tastes.
